I’m a stay-at-home mom turned working mom turned stay-at-home mom once more. This time around, I am lucky enough to live out both my passions at home: parenting and writing. With one boy in CPS, another at home with me, a husband in ministry, project deadlines galore and a nasty tendency to procrastinate, I think I’ve got enough material to keep me busy for a while.

I just found you on the Chicago Parent website. I’ve been enjoying your blog. What brought me to you was where you currently live, what kept me reading is your current status and faith. I have been living in Rogers Park for almost 5yrs, I have a 2yr old and another on the way. My husband and I are strongly considering joining the Sauganash community so part of my “research” involves reading anything I can about it to see if it’s for us. Feel free to pint me in any direction that helps me understand the Sauganash area better.
